Role & responsibilities
Ensure smooth store operations during the assigned shift.
Lead and supervise Baristas and Store Helpers.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain product quality, hygiene, and caf cleanliness.
Handle cash opening, closing, and reconciliation accurately.
Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and report stock requirements.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, and audit standards.
Complete daily shift checklists and operational reports.
Coach team members and ensure grooming and attendance compliance.
Escalate operational issues, maintenance concerns, and customer complaints to the Store Manager.
