Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H and contract IT positions.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for various IT technologies.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting quality and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Required Skills
15 years of experience in IT Recruitment with a focus on C2H/Contract hiring.
Valuable understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, SAP, Data Engineering,



DevOps, Testing, and Infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven workplace.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience working with IT staffing or consulting organizations.
Proven track record of achieving hiring targets and managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
