Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership:
Manage clinic team, including Doctors, Aesthetician nurses, and other ops team members.
Provide expert guidance on clinical practices, protocols, and patient care standards.
Ensure the standard of care and adherence to medical practices.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Oversee clinical audits, ensuring compliance with necessary regulations and standards.
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient journey.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements related to clinical operations.

Policy Development:
Develop and implement medical policies, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with senior management.
Update policies regularly to align with the latest medical standards and technologies.

Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the administrative team and other department heads to ensure integrated and productive delivery.
Liaise with external medical authorities, government agencies,



and healthcare partners to stay current with medical advancements.

Strategic Planning:
Participate in the strategic planning process, contributing to the organization's long-term vision and goals.
Identify prospects for expanding medical services and improving operational efficiency.

Patient Safety & Risk Management:
Monitor patient safety standards and address potential risks.
Oversee incident reporting systems and investigate adverse events to mitigate future risks.

Training & Development:
Promote continuous learning and career development for team members through training, workshops, and conferences.
Evaluate the performance of team members and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Budgeting & Resource Management:
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop and manage the medical department's budget.
Ensure appropriate resource allocation, including medical supplies, equipment, and staffing.
