Responsibilities
Functions to develop:
Manufacturing processes
E BOM, M BOM
Assembly process planning , Routing Creation and Standard operating instruction creation Etc.
Workshop support
Qualifications
Any Graduation / Diploma in Engineering / Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME), or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
Essential skills
Review and validate engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and technical manufacturing documentation.
Create and modify manufacturing and assembly routings, including associated task management in ERP/PLM systems (e.g., SAP, CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE, MIS).
Demonstrate a positive understanding of assembly processes, manufacturing methods, and process planning, including the creation and modification of Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and released manufacturing processes.
Create and modify repair routings based on non-conformities, design queries, concession
