Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

(HPLC), ICPMS, GC, UV, and chemical & Nutritional testing of raw materials, in-process samples,

finished products, and stability samples.

• Responsible for Perform method validation in accordance with ICH, USP, EP, and other applicable

regulatory guidelines.

• To be well versed with ICH, AOAC, USP, FCC, IS, ISO and FSSAI guidelines, method validation

protocols, documentation, data interpretation, and laboratory investigations.

• Prepare and review analytical protocols, method validation protocols, reports, and Standard

Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsible for handling all types of HPLC with different types of

detectors.





• Perform amino acid profiling using validated analytical methods.

• Conduct aflatoxin analysis to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

• Analyze water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins in food and nutraceutical products.

• Carry out nutritional analysis, including determination of nitrogen content and protein estimation.

• Perform cholesterol and lipid profile analysis.

• Carry out dietary and crude fiber analysis.

• Conduct fatty acid profiling for food and nutraceutical matrices.

• Analyze minerals and trace elements using appropriate instrumental techniques.

• Perform sugar profiling for qualitative and quantitative assessment of carbohydrates.
