Provide strategic leadership for the execution of large-scale residential, commercial, and township projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
• Lead end-to-end civil construction activities from project mobilization to final handover, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Develop execution strategies, project plans, and resource allocation frameworks to achieve organizational and project objectives.
• Oversee multiple project teams comprising Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, QA/QC, Billing & Contracts, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, productivity, and resource utilization while implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
• Review construction methodologies, value engineering proposals, and technical solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
• Drive implementation of best construction practices, safety standards, quality systems, and statutory compliance across all project sites.




• Review contractor performance, commercial progress, billing status, and contractual compliance to ensure productive project execution.
• Conduct periodic site reviews, project audits, and management meetings to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Lead project planning, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management activities while ensuring achievement of business objectives.
• Build and mentor high-performing project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the organization in meetings with clients, consultants, government authorities, and other key stakeholders for project-related matters.
• Prepare and review project MIS reports, executive dashboards, and presentations for the Board and senior leadership.
• Drive innovation, digital transformation, and adoption of contemporary construction technologies to enhance project performance and organizational growth.
