About the Role

PropKarmaa Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-focused Property Consultant Executives to join our sales team at our Sector 142, Noida office. The ideal candidate will assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial properties while ensuring a seamless property-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Conduct client consultations and schedule site visits.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams and developers for smooth sales execution.




Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and new project launches.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or B2C sales is preferred but not mandatory.
