As a Learning and Development Operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes overseeing employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact,



resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, enhancing your personal brand and skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and deliver quality work.
