To assist in the execution, coordination, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for hospital projects and renovation activities. The role supports the implementation of MEP systems, ensures compliance with hospital standards, and assists in maintaining existing infrastructure for smooth hospital operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Assist in MEP project execution, renovation, and maintenance activities.
Prepare and update MEP drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Assist in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of existing MEP services.
Ensure compliance with NABH guidelines, fire safety norms, and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
