As an HR Manager at AdEngage, you’ll lead our efforts in building and nurturing a energetic and inclusive workplace. You will be instrumental in developing HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to build a high-performance team.
Who You Are
A people person with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
I bring at least two years of experience in HR management and a proven track record in HR practices and employee management.
An excellent communicator with solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
