Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance, taxation, invoicing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Create and maintain ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Process monthly payroll and employee settlements.
Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax and labor regulations.
Prepare monthly P&L; reports, Balance Sheets, MIS reports, and financial statements.
Support audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams,



auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 7 years of experience in accounting, payroll, taxation, and compliance.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, payroll processing, and statutory filings.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred
CA Inter, CMA, or MBA Finance (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience handling end-to-end accounting independently.
