Role & responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies.
Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Provide HR insights using workforce analytics and business metrics.
Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and hire quality talent across corporate and project functions.
Support manpower budgeting and resource planning.
Ensure timely hiring for project sites, sales offices, and corporate functions.

Performance Management
Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Coach managers on performance improvement and employee development.
Monitor performance trends and recommend interventions.

Employee Relations




Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
Conduct grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and investigations where required.
Promote a positive employee experience and healthy work culture.

Employee Engagement
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Analyze engagement survey results and prepare action plans.
Promote organizational values and culture.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
510 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
Experience in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or property development industry is preferred.
