Roles and responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of product rollouts across audit business units, ensuring readiness of people, processes, and platforms.
• Develop and manage adoption strategies including stakeholder engagement, user training,
onboarding pathways, and feedback mechanisms.
• Work closely with product, engineering, change, and training teams to tailor delivery approaches that align with end-user workflows and regional nuances.
•Track adoption metrics and KPIs, identify barriers to usage, and lead targeted interventions to drive uptake and satisfaction.
•Coordinate pilots, proof-of-concepts, and early access programmes with audit teams to test and refine solutions prior to wider deployment.
• Serve as a central point of contact for business stakeholders, representing the voice of the user in AI/ML delivery and product decisions.
• Support post-implementation reviews and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI from initiatives.
