Responsibilities:
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement continuous improvements for existing copper chemical manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, cut costs,
enhance quality, and ensure safety.
Troubleshoot production issues.
Current Product Development (NPD):
Lead the entire NPD pipeline for recent copper chemicals, from research and lab trials to pilot, manufacturing scale-up, and commercialization.
Develop processes & specifications, and manage documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Production for technology transfer and scale-up.
Partner with Quality Control (QC) on analytical methods and quality.
Engage external experts to accelerate development.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all current products and processes meet relevant industry standards, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in Process Engineering, Mass & Energy Transfer, Design & Use of Reactors, and Chemical Reactions.
Familiarity with chemical plant operations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication.
