Job Title: Equity Research Associate
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Start Date: July 2026

We are seeking an Equity Research Associate to analyze and evaluate businesses in India.

What You Will Work On:
You will be a generalist researching a variety of business models with excellent emphasis on primary research and industry conversations.
In your first year, you will dig through multiple public and private businesses in India to help build your knowledge base and our team’s research on high-quality businesses.
You will work on diverse companies across industries ranging from green hydrogen to rapid fashion to microfinance.

Winning mentality and self-belief to take on any business in any sector and figure out the key drivers and risks.
Mental + physical stamina to work long hours and manage several projects per month.

Eligibility:
A degree in Business, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
BONUS points if you have prior equity research or investing experience.
