Supporting Actions
Security of Plant :
Ensure security arrangements in entire plant area to safeguard unit’s assets & employees.
Everyday deployment check of security manpower at plant.
Preparation of Shift schedule
Enusre timely submisiion of security agencies bills
Activities related to security guards:
Proper attendance accounting of security guards
Maintain Discipline of security guards
Ensure maintanance and upkeeping hygiene of security barracks
Ensure orientation to current security guards on the geography of plant.
Liaison Activities:
Build relationships with Govt. Officials at various locations so as to ensure seamless services at plant.
Local Police at various destinations so as to maintain peaceful law and order situation.
Intelligence Information:
Gather informations on activities within the plant and outside. Keep constant vigil on worker activities and the unruly elements.
Ensuring procedures like Night Vigilance Duty (NVD), CCTV, MIS, etc.
Coordinate with IR Team during exegencies.

§ Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
§ Educating team about “I know my job”, “I know the hazards associated with my job and I applied control measures” & “I escalate to my senior” among manpower deployed in sections/department manpower including peer & CL manpower
§ Timely conducting scheduled SO round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in the area of concern in system.
§ To conduct daily Tool Box Talk as schedule and before start the job any critical job along with SWP
§ Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event
§ Ensure valuable housekeeping, limited use of power, no leakage of water, oil, air etc and reporting concerned if any abnormalities for corrective action
