• Ability to schedule and plan periodic maintenance service on service contract
requirement.
• To lead a team of Engineers, Technicians, Vendors and other available
resources to perform the periodic maintenance service and attend to customer’s
spot call.
• Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality
assurance information as instructed by Supervisor.
• Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as
per agreed SLA and commitment given to Customers and as directed
• To maintain and establish a positive working relationship with the customer.
