Salary Range: Upto 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Work in close coordination with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Purchase, Sales, and Logistics teams to achieve business and organizational goals.
Support the Sourcing team across the product life cycle, including vendor selection, negotiations, quotation finalization, order placement, and timely delivery.
Liaise within the Logistics team to ensure smooth dispatches and on-time delivery to clients.
Manage end-to-end execution of projects, from supplier sourcing to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs team to address and resolve technical queries from clients and authorities.
Procure samples from vendors, coordinate dispatches to clients, and follow up for analysis and approval.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of Proforma Invoices and other commercial documents.
Actively participate in client and vendor meetings/negotiations, supporting business growth initiatives.
Monitor order status, track shipment updates, and provide regular reporting to the HOD.
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, contracts, and shipments in line with compliance and audit requirements.




Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and repeat business.
Support the preparation of business reports, forecasts, and MIS for HOD review.

Desired Skills & Competencies:
Solid knowledge of Pharma exports, regulatory documentation, and international trade practices.
Excellent coordination and multitasking skills.
Negotiation and vendor management abilities.
Solid communication and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management (preferred).
0 2 years of experience in Pharma Exports/Sales & Operations.
Knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international logistics will be an added advantage.
