As a Senior Engineer – Production, you will drive efficiency, champion safety, and shape continuous improvement initiatives that directly influence product quality, delivery performance, and business success. Requirements
Plan & Drive Production: Create and execute efficient production schedules aligned with customer delivery timelines and available manpower.
Improve Processes: Continuously optimize production processes to increase efficiency,



reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Solve Shop-Floor Challenges: Act as a hands-on troubleshooter to quickly resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
Lead Safety Initiatives: Build and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring a zero-incident work workplace.
Boost Productivity: Improve Direct Labor Hours (DLH) by reducing non-productive time and maximizing manpower utilization.
Use Data to Improve Performance: Conduct time studies and track planned vs. actual performance to drive better project and machine utilization.
Ensure Quality & Cost Control: Deliver products that meet quality standards while managing materials, labour, and wastage within budget.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify root causes using tools like 5-Why analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Projects, Purchase, and Stores
