Job Description – Finance Content Developer (CA/CFA)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Finance Content Developer to create high-quality learning content for MBA/PGDM students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in finance, accounting, and investment concepts, along with experience in developing engaging content for online learning platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and develop course content, presentations, case studies, assignments, quizzes, and assessments in finance-related subjects.
Create engaging learning materials for both self-paced and instructor-led online programs.
Develop scripts, notes, and supporting material for recorded video lectures.
Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Update existing course content in line with industry trends, regulatory changes, and academic requirements.
Prepare practical business cases, financial models, and real-world examples to enhance learner engagement.




Review and improve content based on learner feedback and program outcomes.
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
Support curriculum design and program development initiatives.
Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA (completed or pursuing at least Level II).
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
3–8 years of experience in finance content development, instructional design, academic content creation, or online teaching.
Prior experience with EdTech companies, online learning platforms, coaching institutes, or higher education institutions is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of finance concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics for learners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-based content creation tools is desirable.
