The Role and Responsibilities
EnerMech are looking for a Senior Procurement Coordinator to join our Shared Services Centre in Mumbai.



This is a permanent prospect reporting to the Team Lead - Asset Management and Procurement. The Senior Shared Services Coordinator - Procurement will be responsible for carrying out core procurement coordination activities across the Procure-to-Pay process, while also supporting the Team Lead with work review, escalation follow-up, KPI monitoring, reporting, SOP maintenance, Freshservice request tracking, and guidance to junior team members. The role will support smooth daily operations, compliance with agreed processes, timely closure of procurement actions, and continuous improvement within the Shared Services Centre.
Other main responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Carry out core procurement coordination activities across the P2P process, including PO creation, PO amendments, GRN posting, unposted invoices support, supplier compliance follow-ups, and procurement record maintenance
