Alliance Recruitment Agency is looking for a agile and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through lead conversion, client engagement, and successful recruitment service deliveryespecially with international clients in the Middle East and South Africa .

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry. Experience in B2B services or product sales also considered.
Solid track record of international sales.
Experience conducting client discovery calls and closing deals with international stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
