Purpose of the Job:
Senior Salesforce Developer position will oversee the enterprise-wide case management systems, maximizing the employee experience through the creative and technical use of the Salesforce platforms. Successful applicants will be collaborative, self-motivated problem solvers who enjoy meaningful work.

Responsibilities:
Communication & Client-Facing Responsibilities: Acts as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders,

Lead Technical Projects: Guide the technical aspects of projects, from conception through implementation, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable.

Integrate Salesforce with Other Systems: Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using API, web services, and middleware.

Data Management: Oversee data migration and data quality efforts, including designing and managing data models, data cleansing, and data loading processes.
