Job Description:
Handling process activities as per log sheets and standard operating procedures through process controllers.
Planning of work of the shift. Identifying critical areas/activities and allocating highest attention there.
Carrying out all process activities in proper secure manner keeping in mind safety of plant & people understanding the plant operations.
Coordinating with Quality control lab & maintenance department regarding respective Quality analysis and breakdown.
Taking care of Equipments & facilities coming through process controllers.
Informing the superior regarding any deviation or failure occurred in plant, compelling immediate corrective measure at the earliest time possible with proper guidance and approval from superiors.
Handling process controllers & training them to handle any situation.
Housekeeping of designated area through process controllers.
Maintaining and checking required records/ log sheets.
