Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Senior ITOM Developer with robust expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and IT Operations Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, ITOM implementation, CMDB governance, MID Server administration, IntegrationHub, REST API integration, SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and support CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and Operational Visibility.
Customize the ServiceNow platform using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Develop workflows using Flow Designer.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MID Servers and Discovery processes.
Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs,



SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.
Improve CMDB governance, data quality, and asset visibility.
Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform, ITOM, Discovery, and integration issues.
Prepare technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
