The Role

We are looking for an HR Trainee who wants to build a strong foundation in agency HR, recruitment,



people operations, and culture-building, while being deeply embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of a creative agency.

This role is ideal for someone who is:
Curious about how people, teams, and culture drive performance
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
Observant, proactive, and willing to learn by watching, asking, and doing
Interested in HR not just as a function, but as a strategic enabler

This is a full-time paid internship. We strongly prefer candidates who have completed their education and are not currently pursuing college or academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Support
Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination
Review, screen, and analyse resumes with attention to role-fit and agency mindset
Source candidates from job portals and qualified networks; initiate first-level outreach
