Job Description
Participate in all stages of recruitment, including searching for specialists, conducting interviews, and organizing all subsequent steps.
Manage contact databases and analyze CVs.
Engage in both remote (email, various messengers) and face-to-face communications with colleagues during meetings.
Handle end-to-end recruitment processing for candidates based in India.
Utilize various channels to attract candidates.
Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in recruiting for technical vacancies.
Experience in the IT industry.
Proficiency with recruiting channels and tools.
Experience with sourcing tools.
Ability to multitask and process large amounts of information.
Skills in data collection and analytics.
