Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead delivery for a strategic technology program with a Mumbai-based client. This role requires solid Agile delivery leadership, proactive stakeholder management, and end-to-end ownership of execution. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, client-facing, and capable of driving alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery Leadership
Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Drive Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Enable predictable sprint and release delivery by proactively removing impediments and managing team dependencies.
Track delivery progress and ensure commitments are met with quality and transparency.

Project & Delivery Governance
Own delivery timelines, scope, risks,



issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
Establish and maintain structured reporting, dashboards, and governance mechanisms.
Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and drive mitigation plans.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams and releases.

Stakeholder & Client Management
Engage regularly with senior client stakeholders and leadership teams.
Provide concise, executive-level updates on delivery progress, risks, and key decisions.
Drive alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Build trusted relationships and serve as the primary point of coordination for delivery-related matters.

Execution & Program Leadership
Drive accountability across teams and ensure closure of actions, risks, and dependencies.
Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution to maintain delivery momentum.
