Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior PLC Engineer with robust expertise in industrial automation, PLC programming, SCADA/HMI development, and commissioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing PLC-based automation solutions for manufacturing and industrial projects while providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid US B1 Visa and be willing to travel internationally for project execution.Key Responsibilities
PLC Programming & Development
Design, develop, and modify PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
Develop automation logic using Siemens, Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), and Mitsubishi PLC platforms.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing PLC applications.
Develop custom automation software based on project requirements.

Automation Project Execution




Execute industrial automation projects from design to commissioning.
Install, configure, test, and commission PLC-based control systems.
Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
Ensure automation systems meet quality, safety, and operational standards.

SCADA / HMI Development
Design and configure SCADA and HMI applications.
Integrate PLCs with SCADA platforms for real-time monitoring and control.
Develop operator interfaces and production monitoring dashboards.

Electrical Design & Documentation
Prepare electrical schematics, control logic, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Maintain project documentation, installation reports, and change records.
Ensure documentation complies with engineering standards.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support
Diagnose and resolve PLC, SCADA, HMI, drives, and automation system issues.
Provide in office and remote technical support.
Improve machine reliabil
