Job Title: Copy & Content Consultant – AI Content & Copywriting

Role Purpose:
The Copy & Content Consultant – AI Content & Copywriting will support AI-enabled content creation, narrative development, and brand storytelling across BCCL's brands, advertiser solutions, and strategic business initiatives.
Reporting to the Head – AI Creative, this is a 3-month onsite consulting engagement focused on designing and delivering high-quality content while helping build scalable, AI-assisted content workflows that enhance speed, personalization, creative agility, and storytelling effectiveness without compromising originality, editorial quality, contextual relevance, or brand authenticity.
The consultant will work across campaigns, branded content, social media, editorial-commercial initiatives, and digital platforms to develop compelling narratives, campaign messaging, and audience-centric content. In addition to content creation, the role will support prompt-led content generation, tone systems,



messaging frameworks, and multi-format content adaptation while partnering closely with Brand, Response, Editorial, Times Experiences, and Product & Technology teams.
The engagement will focus on delivering high-impact creative solutions, establishing reusable content assets and AI-assisted workflows, and enabling knowledge transfer that supports BCCL's evolving AI-native content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
AI-Led Content Strategy & Narrative Development
Lead development of AI-assisted content and storytelling across campaigns, branded content, social media, events, editorial-commercial integrations, audience engagement initiatives, and advertiser communication.
Translate business, brand, and audience objectives into transparent narrative frameworks, campaign messaging, and differentiated storytelling approaches.
