In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and create measurable business value across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions using UiPath and related technologies.
You will need to deliver robust, reliable, and reusable automation solutions while supporting Autoliv's digital transformation journey through process optimization, automation governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath aligned with business priorities and enterprise standards.
Owning the complete automation lifecycle, from process assessment and solution design through deployment and production support.
Collaborating with business process owners, SMEs, and IT teams to identify and prioritize automation prospects.
Translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable automation workflows.
Building reusable automation components, frameworks, and templates to accelerate future development.
Configuring, scheduling, and monitoring bot execution through UiPath Orchestrator.
Developing workflows, selectors, exception handling mechanisms, and logging strategies to ensure automation resilience.
Performing feasibility assessments and ROI analysis for potential automation initiatives.
