In this role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of Generative AI by partnering with business teams to identify high-value prospects, rapidly develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), and scale successful solutions into enterprise-grade applications. You will combine business understanding, AI expertise, and hands-on development skills to deliver creative solutions that improve productivity, accelerate decision-making, and create measurable business value.

You will need to deliver impactful GenAI solutions, enable AI adoption across functions, and build a scalable foundation for Autoliv's AI-powered digital transformation journey.

Partnering with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value Generative AI use cases.
Driving enterprise-wide GenAI adoption through cutting-edge solutions that solve real business challenges.
Designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered copilots, intelligent agents, and automation solutions.
Rapidly prototyping Proof of Concepts (POCs) and validating business value before scaling.
Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
Developing agent-based and multi-agent AI systems to automate workflows and decision-making processes.
Leveraging Microsoft AI technologies including Azure OpenAI Service, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Dataverse.
Integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ERP systems, and business applications.
