Role Objective

We are looking for a energetic Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. Depending on your experience level (2 10 years), you will either manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for niche roles or lead a team of recruiters to meet aggressive hiring targets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and employer brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities

For Recruiter (1 3 Years Experience)

Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and professional networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
Database Management: Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS)



and ensure high data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in IT, Manufacturing, or Services recruitment (specific to the local industry landscape).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (local language proficiency is a plus for vendor/candidate coordination).
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Excel for data tracking.
Leadership: (For Lead roles) Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and handle conflict resolution.
