Responsibilities
Train and support shopkeepers in implementing and utilizing Snapmint’s EMI payment solution to offer affordability and enhance their business offerings.
Engage with customers to gather valuable feedback on the product, assisting our product managers in refining the solution for optimal customer adoption.
Drive adoption of Snapmint’s EMI payment solution by actively participating in sales pitches at store locations.
Work closely with our product team to relay key insights and improvement suggestions based on field experiences.
You will spend 6 days of the week on the field either at or travelling between retail shops. Week off will be on weekday
As a larger number of customers visit stores on Friday, Saturday and Sunday you will be working however you will be permitted to take leave on an alternate day of the week
Qualifications:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train shopkeepers and engage with customers.
