Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the Jaipur office. This full time, in office role includes developing and implementing HR policies,



maintaining compliance with labor laws, and advising leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, manage grievance and conflict resolution processes, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing HR operations such as attendance and leave records, HR documentation, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The role will collaborate closely with management and team leads to ensure HR practices support business goals and long-term growth.
