Purpose :

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in the Real Estate industry to join our team at Adani. As the Lead - MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing the MEP activities for mixed-use and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP systems, extensive experience in the real estate sector, and a strong understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities Of Role

Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the overall project design




Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in MEP systems
Manage MEP budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement activities
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the MEP team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems and incorporate best practices into project designs
Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery and successful handover of MEP systems
Ability to lead a design and independently manage design consultants. Must have delivered MEP design/ design management for Hospitality led mixed use development, retail, office etc. With at least one full cycle of experience - Concept till site completion.
