A Day in the Life
We are looking for a seasoned Principal IT Project Lead with Scrum Master expertise to drive agile adoption and lead delivery of complex, technically driven initiatives. The role requires guiding teams with low agile maturity, establishing structured ways of working, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring solid delivery leadership, agile coaching capability, and the ability to translate complex technical work into well-defined backlog and outcomes.

Lead Agile/Scrum adoption and coach teams to improve delivery maturity.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective sprint execution.
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives, including planning, tracking, and risk management.
Translate technical requirements into transparent user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers.
Ensure transparency through regular status reporting and stakeholder communication.
Identify and resolve impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
Establish and track agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and delivery best practices.
Support alignment of technical solutions with business process requirements.
