In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and leading packaging engineering processes for current and existing programs while ensuring efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions across the supply chain. You will need to deliver cutting-edge packaging designs, optimize logistics and transportation costs, ensure customer delivery fulfillment, and support cross-functional teams in achieving project timelines and operational excellence.

Establishing packaging engineering standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.
Leading packaging development activities for current projects while ensuring adherence to project timelines.




Designing packaging solutions for supplier-to-plant and plant-to-customer material movement.
Collaborating with Quality, SCM, Engineering, Buyers, PMO, Vendors, and Customers across global locations.
Developing and implementing cost-effective packaging solutions while maintaining quality and safety requirements.
Designing packaging and load configurations considering ergonomics, transportation, and regulatory compliance.
Leading sustainable packaging initiatives to reduce scrap generation and improve environmental performance.
Developing packaging for incoming raw materials in coordination with sourcing and procurement teams.
Managing packaging specification design, validation, testing, and release processes.
Creating and maintaining Packaging BOMs, packaging standards, part numbers, and engineering documentation.
