MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB
The position holder will be responsible for –
The smooth functioning of Maintenance Department.
Effective planning of Errection, Installation & commissioning of Current machines / Projects.
Improve the efficiency of the machine.
Preventive and Routine maintenance of machines.
Handling Energy saving project.
Attending breakdown maintenance of machines.
Planning preventive maintenance of machines.
Controlling down time of machine by using Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown maintenance of vacuum forming, extrusion, injection moulding, pressure forming machine, laser punching, CNC router (6 Axis - slotting & profile cutting) and ancillaries’ machines maintenance of utilities like DG sets, air compressor, cooling towers, chillers, stacker, forklift etc.
