Role Overview

The Executive will be part of KPMG India’s growing Regulatory practice, supporting clients in navigating India’s complex regulatory setting across Central Ministries, State Governments, regulators and statutory authorities. The role involves regulatory research,



execution support, documentation, and coordination with government authorities, while working closely with senior team members on high‑impact regulatory engagements.

This is a client‑facing, execution‑focused role requiring solid drafting, research and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support regulatory advisory engagements across industries involving:

• Central Government Ministries and Departments

• State Governments and State‑level authorities

• Sectoral regulators and statutory bodies (e.g., SEBI, MCA, DPIIT, MeitY, RBI, State Industrial Development Corporations, Pollution Control Boards)

• Conduct detailed regulatory research and interpretation of:

• Acts, Rules, Notifications, Circulars and Policy documents

• Central and State‑specific regulatory frameworks

• Prepare and maintain:

• Regulatory matrices, compliance trackers and iss
