JOB PURPOSE & SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining system and network availability
Managing the system installation, including software and hardware.
Performing tests, troubleshooting, and fixing the issue within a stipulated time.
Implementing system security and data recovery plans.
Training, transferring knowledge, and supporting his coordinates during crises.
Supporting the internal audit team to maintain the documentation and evidence.
Collaborating with other departments and understanding operational requirements
Minimizing end user escalation and maintaining SLA requirements.
Delegating tasks and supporting operations without any escalations.
Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.
Exploring recent innovation, process automation, and innovation.
Maintaining data centre and cloud requirements.
System patching and backup process validation.
Responsible and accountable for overall quality,



safety and security of operations in the assigned area of work.
Responsible for reporting to his supervisors’ occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, or a university degree, would be preferred.
Technical certification (Network, Server or cloud)

SkillSet requirements
Good communication (fluency in writing and speaking English)
