Job Purpose: The Head of Security Automation provides strategic direction and leadership in implementing and managing advanced security technologies across the conglomerate. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, establishing standards, and ensuring optimal performance of security systems in alignment with organizational objectives. The role also encompasses stakeholder collaboration, project governance,



and fostering technological excellence to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiency across diverse business units

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Head - Security Automation

Strategic Leadership:

Define and lead the security automation strategy, aligning with the Group Security Head’s vision and the conglomerate's goals.

Establish governance frameworks for the deployment, standardization, and maintenance of security technologies across all business units.

Champion innovation by staying abreast of global trends and integrating emerging technologies to future-proof the organization's security posture.

Evaluate and influence policy development to ensure a cohesive approach to technology-driven security initiatives.

Security Technology & Automation:

Oversee and direct the implementation of cutting-edge security technologies, including AI-driven analytics, IoT devices, and integrated monitoring platforms.
