Responsibilities

Identify and establish new international academic collaborations with universities and institutions.
Coordinate the execution and renewal of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements.
Build and maintain solid relationships with international partner institutions.
Facilitate student exchange, faculty exchange, joint research, and collaborative academic programs.
Coordinate meetings, virtual discussions, and official visits with international delegates.
Maintain collaboration databases, partnership records, and documentation.
Monitor partnership performance and prepare periodic reports and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of international collaboration activities.
Support international events, conferences, delegation visits, and partnership ceremonies.
Ensure compliance with university policies and international partnership guidelines.
Represent the university in meetings, webinars, and networking events related to international collaborations.
