Role Overview
This is a high -visibility, high -impact role in the COO’s office at Tazapay.




As Manager - Licensing & International Expansion, you will drive expansion of Tazapay’s products
internationally, formulate Tazapay’s licensing strategy across multiple markets and own
operationalisation of licenses to build truly global payments infrastructure.
We are looking for a sharp operator who has worked / interested to work at the intersection of
growth, licensing and execution.

You will work closely with COO, regulators, legal, compliance, finance, product, and operations to
translate requirements into an operational plan - from licensing application to launching the product
in a recent market.

Key Responsibilities
International Expansion and Licensing:

• Own end -to -end planning and execution for licensing and expansion workstreams in one or
more countries

• Decompose licensing and expansion requirements into actionable functional, technical, and
operational requirements.

• Conduct gap analyses by back -testin
