About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal oriented OPT Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting and marketing OPT/CPT candidates, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with consultants and clients. Experience in US Staffing and OPT sales is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT/F1 candidates for various IT and Non-IT requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified OPT candidates.
Guide candidates on the OPT process, documentation, and project prospects.
Market consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Coordinate interviews and negotiate rates, offers, and onboarding.
Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding project updates and availability.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates.




Follow up consistently to ensure successful placements and consultant engagement.
Update and maintain candidate information in the ATS/CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment and placement targets.
Stay updated with current market trends, visa regulations, and hiring demands.
Required Skills
1–4 years of experience in OPT Recruiting, OPT Sales, or US Staffing.
Solid understanding of OPT, CPT, F1, STEM OPT, EAD, H1B, and US employment processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
