Role Overview
The Business Analytics (BA) team comprises business intelligence and digital consulting specialists specializing in e-commerce and online retail analytics. The team leverages data analytics, customer insights, and industry research to enhance the customer experience on Lowes.com, a key driver of the organization's online revenue growth.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze customer behavior, generate actionable insights, and support strategic business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Business Insights
Collect, aggregate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business and category strategies.
Perform data-driven analysis to identify customer behavior, product preferences, and emerging trends.
Apply quantitative and statistical techniques to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
Translate analytical findings into business recommendations that improve customer experience and business performance.
Reporting & Dashboarding
Develop,
maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and event-based reports.
Build dashboards to monitor key business and website performance metrics.
Generate reports and insights for business projects and stakeholder reviews.
Digital & E-commerce Analytics
Analyze website performance, including search, browse, and navigation experiences.
Conduct site scrubs to identify optimization opportunities across digital channels.
Utilize Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other digital analytics platforms to evaluate user engagement and performance.
Business Consulting & Strategy
Partner with stakeholders to support short-term and long-term category strategies.
Conduct chance analysis and develop insight-driven action plans for various business categories.
Support Global Navigation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys and online experiences.
