As an AES Workday Recruiting / Talent Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst)-Operate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Workday Human Capital to address complex business application needs, providing strategic insights and fostering meaningful client relationships. As a Senior Associate,



you will navigate ambiguity and manage complexity, using your problem-solving abilities to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, enhancing their development and contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
