We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on SAP Lead to head our Business Applications landscape, including SAP S/4HANA, Point of sale, CRM and other enterprise systems. The role will lead a team of 6–10 members and be responsible for end-to-end ERP governance, SAP process optimization (FICO/MM/SD), vendor coordination, recent development initiatives, and integration management across retail operations. The ideal candidate must have completed 1–2 full-cycle SAP implementations and possess robust expertise in SAP S/4HANA configuration (CBC), particularly across MM, SD, and FICO modules.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Governance
● Lead and manage a team of 6–10 ERP/POS support and functional consultants.
● Define ERP and application strategy aligned with business objectives.
● Act as a single point of accountability for SAP, POS, CRM, and integrated applications.
● Establish governance framework, SLA management, and performance KPIs.
SAP S/4HANA (Core Responsibility)
● Lead configuration and optimization of:
▪ FICO (Finance & Controlling)
▪ MM (Materials Management)




▪ SD (Sales & Distribution)
● Knowledge and involvement in:
▪ CBC (Central Business Configuration) setup and changes
▪ Business process design and re-engineering
▪ Integration between modules
● Drive enhancements, testing, and rollout activities.
● Ensure compliance with SAP best practices.
● Lead at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP implementations (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Hypercare).
POS & Retail Systems
● Oversee Wondersoft POS support and issue resolution.
● Manage POS integration with SAP and other systems.
● Coordinate with vendor for:
▪ Custom development
▪ Enhancements
▪ Bug fixes
▪ Version upgrades
● Monitor sales billing, stock transfer, and reconciliation flows
Vendor & Partner Management
● Manage SAP partners, POS vendors, CRM vendors, and third-party system providers.
