Job Requirement:
Responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts for all kinds for the Company.
Responsible for the Company’s compliance under various laws and contracts, including PPAs.
Work with the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, Land related compliance and other processes, Permits & Approvals etc.
Responsible for periodic compliance reviews and reporting
Clearance, Permits & Approvals: Statutory Approvals – Factory License, Labour related & Shop & Establishment Act, Fire NoC and Prepare, own, maintain and update risk register on regular basis




Managing compliances for land (Private, Govt, Revenue, leased land etc)
Validating lease, sale deed, other land related documents, legal diligence of title
Identify and take on board the local legal counsel for evaluation of title documents and preparation of execution documents.
Maintaining Depository of all land related documents
Assist business teams in de-risking the land acquisition process
Identification, finalisation of counsels for representation at SERC, APTEL
Firming up views in consultation with business teams, briefing to counsels prior to hearing
