As a Senior SDET — Senior IC in Bengaluru, you will join a diverse, passionate
team dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem

This purpose of this Senior SDET — Senior IC is:

We are seeking a Senior SDET to lead quality initiatives for complex,
large-scale systems. You will own test strategy, design scalable automation
frameworks using Playwright, and drive the adoption of GenAI-assisted testing
across the team. This is a hands-on senior engineering role with significant
influence over architecture, release quality, and engineering best practices.





A typical day at ACI for a Senior SDET — Senior IC is:
Architect, develop, and scale Playwright-based automation frameworks for UI
and API testing
Define and own test strategy across features, services, and releases
Drive adoption of GenAI tools for test generation, optimization, failure
analysis, and productivity
Partner with software engineers to improve design for testability and shift
quality left
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable
releases
Analyze test failures, identify systemic quality gaps, and drive root-cause
fixes
Mentor junior SDETs and raise quality standards across the team
Define and track metrics for test coverage, reliability, and release
readiness
